How I built this toolkit: 

With my knowledge from the world of management consulting field where I worked mid 2010's. In the past 5 years, I have been working in startups and applying those methods to my individual and team work. To refine my skills, I read through numerous problem-solving books and applied my old and new knowledge in this toolkit.
