  • Latent: These folks have the power to change the game but aren't too invested... yet.
  • Promoters: Your avid supporters. They're rooting for you and have the clout to back it up.
  • Apathetic: They're in the game but not playing much – low power, low interest.
  • Defenders: They’re cheering you on from the sidelines, eager but not holding much power.
